同梱しているrubygemsに公開されてる外部ライブラリを移動する

Description
現在、libディレクトリにmikutterのライブラリとmikutterが依存している外部ライブラリを同居させているので、これらを分ける。多分vendorとかディレクトリを作って移動するかんじ。

vendor/以下のソフトウェアはmikutterに同梱してよいライセンスですが、
json, memoize, oauth, typed-arrayはライセンス・著作権者の明示がないため、
それぞれについて明示したファイルの同梱が必要だと思います。

- vendor以下に同梱されている各ライブラリを個別のサブディレクトリに分割する
- core/miquire.rbはvendor直下ではなくvendor以下のサブディレクトリを読むようにする(flatten!はちょっと汚いかも)
- 各ライブラリの元アーカイブから取得したライセンスファイルやREADMEをvendor以下のサブディレクトリ内に追加する
- トップディレクトリのREADMEにvendor以下のライセンスの扱いを明記する
以上を行うパッチです。
