mastodon プラグインで標準のサーバーとして設定されている social.mikutter.hachune.net 用の
抽出タブ用アイコンとして設定されているファイル https://social.mikutter.hachune.net/apple-touch-icon.png が
mastodon 4.0 系へのアップデートの影響か無くなっているようです。
とりあえずの代替として、環境に関わらず無くなることのなさそうな
https://social.mikutter.hachune.net/favicon.ico
にするのがいいんじゃないかと思います。

経緯追いましたけどかなり長い間続いているみたいなので、変更してしまっていいと思います。
（小さいアイコンにしか使っていないので、特に問題なさそう）
