Description

全員に返信機能を使用すると、メンション先が余計についてしまう場合がある。

具体的には会話スレッドで会話されたぶんだけ余計につく？もよう。

.uniqする場所が違うようだったのでpatchを作ってみました。

#913 のほうが後出しですが、Retriever::Model#uniqができないのはまずいので、あちらを採用します
